About Marin Leaders Institute
The Marin Leaders Institute (MLI) is an innovative, intensive leadership development program designed for established nonprofit executive directors hailing from a wide range of fields and leaders of faith communities.

Our Approach to Leadership Development

The MLI approach to leadership development is holistic in scope and long-range in view. Through diverse learning modes, participants will increase their ability to effectively lead their organizations. Participants will engage in mutual learning activities through peer learning and small group work. They will learn how to take care of themselves as individuals and as organizational leaders, renew their connection to their passion and purpose in work, and develop a deeper awareness of their personal leadership strengths and needs.

Curriculum

Curriculum is uniquely shaped by participant involvement, with an emphasis on small group work, independent initiative and personal exploration through reading, writing, and reflection.
